(January 7, 2019, 11:56 pm)Love this store, amazing staff. Went there today and the Manager Raj was amazing, friendly and polite. There use to be a saying, 'THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT'. Marks still makes that feel true. I dont know what they teach Management at Marks but makes me want to work there and be part of an amazing team. I will forever be a loyal customer:) Keep up the good work Marks
Also went there a week ago and met Jackson the manager very positive and helpful. This store is amazing and best customer service skills hands down:)
(November 22, 2018, 7:16 pm)Went there to get a particular pair of shoes. I checked online in advance to make sure the item is available here. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. But the staff helped me to find that online and ordered to ship that to my home. All staffs were very nice and friendly.

Was looking for steel toed work boots, and when I didn't want a pair based on the color (ridiculous neon green) the sales staff lectured me on how I was being silly to care about the color and made a remark about how that was "typical."
