“The location I frequent is the one in North Edmonton. Needless to say, the staff and the service have never failed to 'wow' me. But today was going to be 'extra special'. I made a call this morning and wanted to be attended to. A very responsible member of the team drove all the way from South to North Edmonton to attend me and it was only later I realised that the North location was basically supposed to be closed today! For me, this is an experience in 'Customer Service Delivery' as I could've been politely declined too! Much recommended and greatly appreciated!”
