Absolutely flawless service starting from quoting stage to the moment I recieved my car, clean and shiny as new, inside and out which I did not expect. They fixed my front bumper and cover. Excellent service. They did a great job, fixing my car's broken front bumper. It looks good, like new. The only issue with the fix is that I'm missing the cap for my block heater's plug. That was probably lost from the accident, which I don't really care for because they are easy to replace. They listened to my problems with driving the car and even looked into it. Very professional. I liked that they work directly with my car insurance, so that made things run smoothly. I felt like they took good care of my car. I can see it in the small details like keeping my car clean and warm. They explained the process clearly, which is very helpful for a newbie like myself. There was a small miscommunication regarding dropping off my rental car first before picking up my fixed car at the auto shop, but not a big deal. It was a Saturday anyways. They even stayed past closing time to try to help me call the rental car company, which I appreciated. The actual closing time at Speedy Collision is 12 pm on Saturday, not 1 pm as advertised on Google. I would say the wait time is reasonable. The coffee/drinks were good, but I wish there was cream - not a biggie though. I'm very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much.
Most definitely the most accommodating body shop I've dealt with. Friendly staff, listened to what I wanted to have fixed and provided a great quote! My new go to place for any whoopsie's I might get my vehicle into. Thanks guys!
