(January 13, 2018, 2:58 am)My MacBook Pro stopped functioning in the middle of a semester, which was stressful since I needed it to do schoolwork. Then I bought a used MacBook Pro which turned out to not work either. Well, Khalid, the technician I contacted, managed to take working pieces from the otherwise busted replacement laptop and use them to fix my old one. Afterwards the old laptop's capabilities were actually improved from what they were before it started refusing to boot up. In short, extremely helpful, would recommend.
