Revolver Westmount

Awesome staff, great selection, good prices.

I brought in roughly 250 DVD's and TV box sets. I received a fair amount that I could either take in cash or store credit. While they went through my collection, I looked around the store and they have a great retro selection of DVD's, CD's, Games, etc. I'll definitely return

I have been going to Revolver for more than 10 years now. I used to go to the one at Westmount shopping centre that used to go by a different name. I love it because you get to shop in person, find things you don't expect to see. They have very reasonable prices for lightly-used DVDs and Blu-rays, and you can even bring your old DVDs and Blu-rays in for trade or money. If there was a title you were looking for, friendly staff would even phone up the other locations and see if they had copies of what you were looking for. If they did, they would even bring it to the location that was most convenient for you. It doesn't get much better than that. When I was younger and could not afford a lot in entertainment expenditures I really loved this place because I could pick out movies and if I loved them I would keep them and if I didn't I would trade them in no problem. Lots of good memories.
It also should be noted that some movies are hard to find because they're not being distributed anymore for various reasons. This is a great place to try and look for those movies as well as other collectible memorabilia. Thanks to Amazon, there are less and less places to go shop for movies in person. I still miss HMV. But I'm happy this place is still around and I hope it's here to stay.
