“The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. When we arrived we were shown immediately to our booth. There was a fire burning in the fireplace across the room, which added to the ambiance. I loved the stone walls too. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly. She was eager to serve us. The first batch of buns were slow to come out and seemed dry. They were replaced with a better batch. We sampled an assortment of various appetizers which were all very enjoyable and tasty. By the time we finished them, we were too full to order a main course. We will be going back to try some main dishes another time. Of course we did manage to stuff in some dessert. Yummy, yummy yum. The decadent chocolate ball was truly amazing and delicious. It came with a table side show. Their chocolate bread pudding was our second favorite. I would go back just to experience their desserts again. I used the ladies room and it was nice and clean which is a bonus. I have a pet peeve about dirty washrooms in restaurants. Not the case here. Can't wait to return to the Capilano branch. Will have dreams while sleeping, about all of the goodies I will be able to try again. Oh, and if you aren't aware they offer their own rewards card.”

“This location really deserves a positive feedback..I came here yesterday just to buy a 7-11 coupon. But the associate told me that they are not selling any coupon. Instead of leaving without any I decided to grab a small slurpee since we have a hot weather. She then told me that I can have my slurpee for free today because it's 7-11 day.Then I realize oh yeah it's July 11 so it's 7-11 day.She then suggested me if I want to buy a whole pizza with 2L coke for only $11..Then I said oh yeah why not its a good deal so my family can have a snack later.So I went into the car then suddenly go back again to the store and grab another whole pizza with 2L coke..Then I was like laughing with her telling her that you are really good with your job..You suggested me this and I ended up buying 2 whole pizza and a free slurpee. I even asked her name..Her name is Imee and she is very accomodating and she knows how to do suggestive selling..I like her..”

The drive thru line was long, like always and it can take long to get through, depending how stressed out they are. The time between ordering, paying, and receiving my food/ coffee Is usually acceptable, yet not considered "fast" All in all a good place with friendly staff, to get some coffee”

“Today I had a great experience at the Ottewell Cleaners and Tailoring. I had a couple of suits dry cleaned and Dean did not disappoint. I was very impressed with the quality of work which was done at the time agreed on. Dean took the time to explain their dry cleaning process. The store was neat and orderly. The prices were reasonable compared to other dry cleaners I have dealt with. I live an hour away but will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!”
