“This is a long review but I think it’s important as he may be able to really help you as well. A few months ago I was at the end of my rope. I was recovering from a three year depression and was becoming more agitated to the point that my wife was becoming concerned. I had tried various medications and lots of counselling to no avail. My life was continuing to go downhill so in a desperate moment I had a thought “What about hypnotism?” I googled and found Clinton. First off, this guy is the real deal. Clinton lives, eats, breaths metaphysics, human behaviour, hypnotism. However, initially when we first met, my first reaction is this guy is young. I thought how is this guy going to help me when I have over 25 years life experience on him. I decided that I wouldn’t let that thought prevent me from trying this and I am so glad I did. He suggested we book 4 sessions after listening to what I wanted to accomplish. They were the same price as my counselling sessions but were nearly twice as long with the added bonus of some very valuable follow up from this Clinton guy! I could tell after the first session that he really knows his stuff and understands human behaviour to the degree that he knows how to control it. The first part of the session starts with a number of questions then he very plainly tells you why you are behaving in such a way and how to change your behaviour. This includes fully processing your negative emotions (and he shows you how), as well as some affirmations, visualizations (how you do them is important for them to be effective), etc. The second part of the session is a led relaxation/hypnotism - not sure what to call it. Then, and I love that he does this - detailed notes emailed with what he has talked about and my homework. Clinton also let me record our emotional regression session so I could review it and then do self regression as needed. I can’t overstate how valuable the tools and techniques are that he gives you. They will help heal and direct your inner life. I didn’t realize how much my emotional baggage and belief systems were causing me mental/emotional suffering and holding me back keeping me stuck. Now that I have developed the skill of fully processing negative emotions, my life has changed. I am not being controlled by them like I was before, in fact, I am slowly getting better at becoming the director of my life and I am no longer being a victim of my emotional baggage and self destructive belief system. I am starting to live an intentional life where I am in charge rather than my behaviour being led by a limited belief system and emotional trauma from my childhood. I feel as though I have been healed, in a way, and now I am living a life filled with more authentic joy and hope for the future. I also now have a much happier wife - that’s pretty awesome.
