It was a busy night my meal came over cooked, however they completely replaced it in no time and gave a voucher for another free meal, and not only that they gave my meal free. Great customer service and really appreciate everything thrown in, I was perfectly happy with just my meal cooked to perfection like it was round 2, but thank you
(February 14, 2019, 5:09 am)Service was very good. Wait time for meal was good too. Meal itself disappointing. I ordered the Hunter Chicken and was very disappointed - no flavor to the chicken and mushroom gravy bland too. Mashed potatoes were very good. The beets were very under cooked. The green beans were okay.
(January 22, 2019, 9:28 pm)Arriving right at noon, my table of 5 found the lounge area not too busy - we had a table immediately. The wait staff was very friendly and responsive (I had a Pepsi refill before being aware I had finished!). Our meals came out in unison and, to my knowledge, everyone enjoyed what they ordered. However, out of three of us who ordered the steak sandwich, two found the steak less cooked than requested, but only by a thin margin - certainly not enough to dampen the experience. I'll definitely go again and would recommend it to others. Thanks for the experience!!

The service is always more then we expect, there servers go out of there way to give you a heartfelt experience... super friendly with big smiles. We were celebrating a party, the server offered to buy us a dessert, but we were stuffed, so he brought this decorated plate with a special message. Thoughtful and well played.
