Southdale Park Apartments

Have been living here for several years now, the landlord is excellent to us and is very good at keeping our unit in great condition. He is straight forward with us and understanding of problems that the tenants face. The common areas are cleaned regularly, and the building is getting a face lift. Our experience here has been unmatched by others and I hope that Kelson Group ownership provides as good to this management team here as they do to us.

We lived here for over two years. One parking stall for a 3 vehicle family but there was visitor parking that we used.
Our landlord was friendly and helpful.
They get 3 stars because laundry was over priced for very small loads, our plate got stolen off our vehicle, and we found out that there was a sewage leak under our suite and we have no clue how long we were in hauling that grossness for. Apparently there was maggots down there too. Yuck.
One plus was our neighbour had brought bedbugs home from use of public transit and they had dogs come in the very next day to check if they had made it into ours and they also had them do a follow up a little wile after just to make sure again.
**I would recommend these apartments to family & friends but I would not move back myself because apartments are too small for OUR growing family.

Nice building. The property manager David is very helpful and cares about the building and the residents. Monica, a pleasant lady who ensures that the building is clean at all times. The maintenance person is also very efficient and friendly. Thank you all. I hope u keep up the good work.

Great place to live. I would recommend this apartments due to best management . Apartment are very quiet , very clean , safe and welcoming. I would like to thank David for all his help on timely manner. He is the best manager.

Pleasant staff who are on top of anything that needs to be taken care of. I have never had to wait long for repairs. Very welcoming when I moved in. This is by far the best rental experience I have had to date.
