I did something I never thought I would do. We bought a home sight unseen during the pandemic with Stephen and his wife, Faye’s, help. Stephen was fantastic and helped us to learn more about the different areas in Edmonton, the schools, and future road construction. Stephen was flexible as we learned more about what we wanted. They also took lots of pictures and took videos of houses we were interested in which really helped because the pictures on realtor sights are wide angled and do not show everything. They went above and beyond and helped us to understand the purchase process. In the end, we got an excellent deal on a house in a beautiful neighborhood which was better then we expected.
