Within five minutes I had the lawnmower I was looking for and we were working on getting everything filled out. Terry let me know that he couldn't deliver the mower today, but alas he took time from his own day to deliver this for myself and my family. He did not ask for any compensation for doing us this favour. We got a good deal including a cover, and any companies manager that is willing to go above and beyond for customers is a business I like to continually deal with.
