“Needed an A/C unit installed. Gave them the part # I thought I needed. The Service Manager, Travis, offered to send someone out to double-check everything. Good thing they did, turns out there was a much better model available than the one I found. The delivery was prompt and install was outstanding. VETS sent two techs, Adam and Cliff who were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They both arrived on time, were thorough in their work, and kept things really neat and tidy. Unfortunate the A/C fan was defective from the factory, but they got it exchanged and came out the next day to replace/fix it. Would happily recommend VETS to anyone looking for HVAC services.”
