(February 1, 2019, 4:22 pm)Just bought a gas fireplace. Chris the sale person was great to work with, the installers did a great job installing, they arrived when promised, did a very neat and tidy job on the installation, (and very clean). fireplace looks and works great.
(November 19, 2018, 11:48 pm)I had a great experience when purchasing a gas insert fireplace to replace a wood burning one. The salesman, Steve, was most informative and accommodating. The installers, Christian and Sammy, were conscientious and detected some issues in the basement unrelated to the fireplace. The final installer, Richard, was very focused in his approach to detail. All of the staff mentioned above went the extra distance to ensure total satisfaction!
