  My wife and I recently had our basement bathroom renovated by a hired contractor. The existing plumbing that was in place was an example of a "do it yourself" job and required a professional plumber to come in and correct all of the creative connections that had been made over the years. Andrew was brought in through his alliance with our general contractor and he was able to turn what looked like a monumental task to us into a routine job. Andrew was efficient, knowledgeable, quick, thorough, clean, and polite. And when I wanted to replace my toilet he walked me through options and features to help me find the right one at the best price point.   Andrew did a very quick and tidy replacement of our 17 year old sump pump. He was easy to talk to both on phone and in person.
  
  He took some time to explain some plumbing questions I had about hot water tanks vs hot water on demand.
  
  We were very pleased with the service he provided and will consider him "our" plumbing and heating guy from here forward.
