My 2013 gran caravan 420,000 kilometers key fob would start the vehicle but not unlock the doors. I phoned a number found on Marketplace and spoke with Elio. Who confirmed he had one and could program it. I went into Edmonton from Lac La Biche where I met him at a parking lot. After checking VIN, My registration and drivers licence he programmed the new one in just a couple minutes. I mentioned a minor problem I had with my air conditioning. He told me what had to be done to fix it. I stopped at a shop in Smoky Lake who did what Elio recommended in half a hour. Back on the road freezing from the air which was half working just before.
