Great experience with Jon - he took the time to ask the right questions to really understand what our needs were vs just sending us to lie on a bunch of mattresses. His educated guidance helped us find the perfect mattress and his kind and friendly nature made it an overall positive shopping experience.

I have shopped all over the city and could not find anything I would sleep on for under $2500, most were more than $3000. I gave up and ordered a mattress online. It was just ok, I was willing to settle for it. Then I noticed Mattress Superstore when I was out shopping for a mattress protector so I stopped in. I ended up trying and finding a bed so comfortable that I bought it and I am replacing my online bed with it. I could not believe the price. I got such an incredible deal!!! They have the best prices in the city - and I KNOW, I’ve LOOKED!!! Thank Heaven I stopped in there for my mattress protector!

Normally don’t write reviews but this was needed. I wasnt sure which mattress to get as it’s confusing with all the information out there. They did a sleepology test with me that scanned my back to tell me the best mattress. It works! I’m sleeping like a baby :)

Not to mention they were much cheaper than everywhere else I looked. Didn’t have to guess which mattress is the best and I got the best price. Just how it should be. Thanks

We were on our way to The Brick to buy a new mattress, when we saw the Mattress Superstore. I have never been happier that we stopped into a store. Jon was amazing. He hopped right in to help us out, did the sleepology to ensure that my husband and I were getting the best mattress for both our sleeps. He gave us numerous options and was super knowledgeable about the types of mattresses. He was not pushy just very knowledgeable. Thanks for the fantastic experience! Can't wait to have a great sleep finally :)
