An amazing place with very friendly staff, affordable price for their beautiful furniture. I recently bought 2 sofa sets and a comple bedroom set for less than $3000. Delivery took only 2 days and everything was processed fast. I highly recommend this place for everyone who is looking for unique home furniture and designs.

I love this store!

I've recently been in the process of renovating and gutting my condo. I went to the cross to find my dream furniture. I started with the most beautiful Grey bed set and went from there. Couches, tables, chairs and my favorite (white velvet ottoman). I bought a bunch of other accessories and pink accents. I can't have enough of this store.

We have recently built a new home and wanted to furnish it with new furniture in nearly every room. We visited a Urban home element store in South common, Edmonton. A salesperson greeted us at the door and offered her help. The salesperson was Rani and her sincere assistance without high pressure was really appreciated. She was patient, helpful and most knowledgeable about the products she sells. My wife had certain ideas on how she wanted to furnish the house and Rani was able to guide her thoughts into a plan that the both of us got excited about. No one wants to feel pressured into buying something they later feel was a mistake. Rani put a diverse package of rooms together that took time, but certainly eased our minds on furniture we are going to live with for years to come. My thanks to Rani on working with us and thanks for the professionalism that he displayed. UHE delivery team was great.

My husband and I went to the UHE to look at the mattresses. We were greeted by sales person, he was very professional and knowledgeable about every brand: from the memory foams and pillow tops to the coils/foam on the hybrids. We were telling him our preferences and what we currently were sleeping on. He told us about all the various mattresses available and explained what they were made of (foam/coils/etc.) and what they do for your body. He was so knowledgeable and friendly that I knew in my heart I wanted to BUY my mattress from HIM on that day! He never once pressured us into buying!

His goal was to explain to us all about the mattresses we were inquiring about. He was also intuitive to figure out that my husband and I did not like the SAME mattresses. He then went a step further to explain that we could actually buy two different TWIN XL mattresses to make a KING size mattress. He then made sure to check the inventory on the particular ones we were looking at to make sure they did come in the XL size. He was so awesome -- I believe he "saved" my marriage by explaining to us that we could SPLIT the bed!! Neil is truly a Miracle Worker!! So, if you need a mattress or furniture - please go to the new UHE and request Neil **!! YOU WILL HAVE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!

We recently just bought a couch. So far the experience has been good. Will update review again when I receive our new couch!

EDITED Oct 13 - We purchased our coach about mid August. The Invoice says we should reviece the coach by Sept 2. I gave them a call in mid Sept. The Sales lady then tells me I should receive it by November. "It's being held at customs," apparently...

I am a little disappointed that other reviewers are having the same problem...

NOV 5: finally picked up our Julia sectional. At Big Comfort at Southgate. Pick up was smooth and successful. The product came all the way from China. So it took a long time... Took about two months for shipping that they don't tell you.
