  The facility itself is quite nice, with a sectioned off room where the magic happens. Outside of this room, you’ll find the front desk, washrooms, showers, and some benches for pre/post workout lounging.
  
  Inside this room, there are 3 major stations, which is pretty standard across Orangetheory Fitness company-wide. These stations include treadmills, rowers, and circuit stations. At the circuit stations, they have a few different pieces of versatile equipment to work in plyometrics, weight training, and stability training. The lighting is quite dim and the music is nice and upbeat inside the fitness area, so this creates a really cool atmosphere to workout in.
  
  This is a good class for most people, but I could see scaling obstacles that could be hard for some trainers to overcome.

  Very very good fitness .what if you want to cancel your membership at any point they won't cancel it, still charges money from your billing date. Examples are I have a my billing circle every month 16 I giving a notice for cancellation my membership 27 date of month three no 30 day from 27 to 27 there 30 days from my billing circle. So I am still paying money without using. Careful before agreement signed.

  The workouts are intense but rewarding. I especially love the team here! It's been a great experience so far & thank you Brittany for always being warm and helpful.

  Love working out here! The staff are so helpful and the coaches are amazing. The workouts are effective, and I've seen a lot of results in a short amount of time. Would 100% recommend it to anyone who is looking to make a major change in their life!

  I switched over to Orange Theory a few months ago, and I'm LOVING it!!!! It's awesome because you can go at your own pace, and it's so effective. I love the coaches and staff at Ellerslie; they're welcoming, friendly, and the coaches push you in such a good way to get out of your comfort zone. Yes, it's expensive, but worth every penny, especially if you don't have the motivation to push yourself at a standard gym.
