(January 18, 2019, 6:23 pm)I brought in my skates to get sharpened a day prior and took them to the ice that afternoon. The skates were biting on one edge and not the other on both skates. I brought them back to their shop and had one of their workers look at them. The skates were measured and I was told the edges were not levelled. The manager was able to resolve the issue and resharpen them for me without an additional charge.
I appreciate their service and for correcting the error.
I have had the same problem the previous time I got my skates sharpened here as well and had to bring them back to get redone. Hopefully they can resolve this issue for my future visits so I won’t have to make an extra trip to the store.

He was swamped and he still managed to bounce between multiple people, answer phones and essentially man the busiest part of the store by himself. I believe his name was Jed (or Jeb).. He deserves a raise. Good employee, good experience.
