The quality of the shoes alone is amazing, on top of that the staff is what gives this place a five star quality. I can only imagine what it’s like to run a busy store however doing it eloquently is another challenge, but these guys rock it naturally. I would recommend this Skechers store to anybody no questions asked.
Would be nice if they had a fitting room to try the apparel on too. But overall I had a great experience.

Quality of the shoes are great which is why they got 3stars from. Quality of the service was very disappointing. The clerk brought out 4 shoes to try on and said she’d be right back but after 15 minutes I gave up and went elsewhere.

I just came out of Sketchers and the manager Zoey just gave me the best service I have ever received in a store to exchange a pair of shoes for my daughter. She was so pleasant, extremely helpful and made this experience like no other. Like blown away. Thank you so much Zoey!

Always happy leaving this store, the associates work hard to find sizes (even when they're suddenly swamped!) And they are knowledgeable on sales and size suggestions
