(February 7, 2019, 7:54 pm)The best, freshest, squeaky cheese curds! Which also means the best poutine! Even have a gluten free option for their poutine sauce (no, not just gravy)! Plus many other great cheeses to choose from, I especially like the smoked cheeses.

If you're a beer connoisseur, definitely try the beer cheese. A nice super salty snack to go with your beer.
(September 20, 2018, 8:07 pm)The only place I've found west of Ontario that serves curd cheese and "tortillon" just like out east. When warm the cheese gets chewy and squeak. It won't go stringy like mozzarella or cheddar. Try it...yummy!
(August 12, 2018, 12:15 am)My go-to place for cheese! They have a great selection of different cheeses, and all the workers are very friendly. They have the best cheddar, much better than you can get in a grocery store. Makes a wonderful grilled cheese sandwich. Check out the samples in the store too!
