“After searching for a doctor for the past 10 years in Edmonton we finally found a very good family doctor. Luckily that Dr. Amrinder Singh was still accepting new patients when we contacted the clinic and we were able to get an appointment sooner than expected. He was able to access all our health records from multiple sources and went through the history in detail. He was friendly and patiently listened to all our problems without rushing, and spend enough time with our family. He was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain our health problems and gave sensible advice. Maria at the reception was welcoming and friendly too. We are glad we found this doctor and were very happy after our first visit.”

“Always get very good service at the front desk and from the doctors. They're very patient and explain everything thoroughly. I looked at some of the 1 star reviews and people obviously don't know how triage works whether you have an appointment or not. A doctor (like any other human being) can only be in one place at a time. If you're in for a prescription and have an appointment but someone else comes in with a medical condition that's more imperative to be treated: guess what? _they will get helped before you_. That is how things work and it is A GOOD THING that it works that way. You might feel inconvenienced at the moment but you'd have less to complain about if the shoe was on the other foot. That being said; I've still found that I've never had to wait terribly long at this clinic. I drive out of my way to go to this clinic opposed to visiting the one walking distance from my house. The staff and doctors here are excellent and I would confidently recommend Gracepoint to anyone.”

Don’t want to date myself but it’s been thirty years since I started going to this clinic and I’ve never thought about going anywhere else. “Been coming on and off since 1993 . Usually for things like UTi's and minor infections or stitches. I was serious breathing problems and they got me in immediately . Dr. Natiq diagnosed me right there. In the past other male doctors haven't taken my sickness seriously so I'm very happy with the care I recieved today .”
