“I was visiting my elderly parents over the Easter weekend. They had recently changed some of the towel bars in the bathroom and needed a few holes to be filled. I patched the holes and put primer on and the paint that my parents thought was the right colour turned out to be very different. I cut a small piece of drywall out and took it the the staff at Benjamin Moore. Kelly helped me out and let me know that the paint sample was very small and asked if I could leave it with them for a bit. She asked for my name and number and let me know that they would call when they had the paint done. Kelly called me a few hours later and said that they had worked hard to match the colour and felt it was as close as they could get it. I picked up the paint and was very happy with the sample that they showed me. Well I have painted the bathroom and am so impressed at how the colour matches. 2 Coat’s and I cannot see the difference. Kelly and the staff at Benjamin Moore did a fantastic job helping me out and I thank them for their efforts and professionalism. Thank you so much!!!! Charlie”

“Our house's exterior (in the Capilano area of Edmonton) was sadly in need of paint, with lots of old paint flaking off and many small areas of exposed bare wood. I phoned three painters to come and give us an estimate. One company never did reply, but two others did. Spencer from the Pro Painters Group came to have a look, and he set us at ease with his easygoing manner and professionalism. He gave us an estimate before he left (about $1500 less than the other company's), and after we had talked it over, we offered him the job. With Fall coming, and overseas visitors arriving in two weeks time, we needed to have the painting finished very soon. Spencer worked our job in on weekday evenings and weekends, and he finished well before the deadline. Whenever Spencer wasn't exactly sure what we wanted, he would always ask before continuing. He took directions very well, and made some excellent suggestions. We are extremely pleased with the finished work, and we would definitely have him and his company back to work for us again!”
