“Well designed and decent aesthetics, the only negative I've experienced (other than the traffic on 17th - no fault of the plaza or lease holders) is the dumpster area by the childcare center is absolutely coated in grease, you have to walk in it if you are parked at that end. I have to remove and clean my floor mats every time I need to park in one of those spots due to the smell. Pretty disgusting.”
