SCSC Fitness Centre

This is a very well-equipped fitness centre for its size. You can do all the essential exercises for strength training and body building, as well as having many cardio machines of different types, like rowing, elliptical, stationary bikes, and treadmills. Plenty of core and stretching equipment and space. There is also some rehabilitation equipment on site as well. The memberships are flexible, yearly, monthly, or a pass, and the memberships are very reasonably priced, much better than the larger gym chains. Access includes the use of a very large indoor track, as well as a locker room with showers and towel service (extra cost for the towel service). Worth a visit if you are curious and worth a membership if you are serious, the staff is friendly and so are the patrons.
