Boardwalk - Whitehall Square

I have no words to explain their great service.
Excellent customer care.
Unfortunately, I left a place because of my personal problem though will back to a boardwalk near future.
The staffs will always remembered in my life ahead.
Clean & safe environment.
Close to access shopping centres & public transport.
Overall, it is a home out of home.

Experience is not very good. They lack communication with each other and with residents, and poor endorsement with other staff. It happened a lot of times to us and to almost every other residents I've spoken with. Twice, we have a maintenance request & after the specific date they mentioned no one arrived we called them and the one we spoke with said they don't know anything about it, the other said it was cancelled and no one ever bothered telling us. 3 weeks ago we requested a change of parking space and a lady in the office gave us a new one, we paid for it and she said it will be available on the 1st of June which is tomorrow. After several days while at their office in another business my husband asked a staff again about the parking and they confirmed it will be available tomorrow. The other day, we went to their office again to sign a paper regarding the change of parking and another lady staff confirmed it as well so I thought everything's fine. Today, my husband went to pay for our monthly rent and he asked if we can park in the new parking tomorrow as stated in the contract but surprise, it's not available. Turns out the previous owner decided to extend their parking rent for another month, and NO ONE even bothered to call us! Wow. Their customer service sucks
