  So this review is based on two factors - the building and the people.
  Building and amenities are decent. For renovated or partially renovated suits, you've got a fairly decent place to live. Haven't had a problem with the facilities really, aside from a broken elevator once and a while. That being said, it's important to note they shut off the water every 2 weeks or so to "preform maintenance" on such an old building. It does show it's age sometimes but they tend to be quick to respond to in-suit repairs as per their guarantee.
  
  As for the negative, I take issue with unprofessional approach that some members of management have, specifically the attitude and disrespect from Jade. It stands to note that most representatives take their job seriously and offer their best for customer service, however a paying customer should never be treated the way Jade treats her tenants. Avoid dealing with her and you are fine.

  Timely maintenance and security is nice. But internal roads and walkways are not cleaning well.

  Any time we have any maintenance issues, someone shows up the same day and fixes it. We're very happy! They have great events for the residents too.
