Drop-in badminton Sunday’s 2-5:45pm.
Three sets of courts, divided by a plastic divider which drops down from the ceiling. Sound carries quickly from one gym to anouther, but a nice clean facility. There is also a running track which encircles the gyms and small quantities of workout equipment in each corner of the running track.
Not packed and have good programs I go there and is always good.
If you're looking for a track, this place is great. There are three gymnasium, but I've always seen them in use by the high school classes or teams. There are a good selection of free weights, and one of most machines, so if someone else is using it then you have to wait your turn. Over all, it seems acceptable for the price paid.
Offers lots of options for your fitness needs in a clean facility.
