“This store is great most of the time for quality cat food and quality products.The owner is very good to her clients who shop there regularly. But it is really too bad as when we did have to call their head office we dealt with an Elaine Leach who was really not supportive of this franchise. She made promises re: free cat food because of difficulty in this store. Never followed through. Her remarks about this franchise were disparaging and we just felt that if this person supposedly in management could not support this company's franchises we could not support this store. We did go elsewhere to another pet store Mayfield and we are delighted. Workers always go the extra mile to help their customers. Free samples are given freely and they did replace free cat food that Pet Planet would not. It is so much nicer to see happy workers who really care about customers.They always call their head office with questions and are treated with respect. After all I quote "Pets are a big part of families who care"We try to show same care" This speaks volumes! happy workers who seem to be supported at all levels. Speaks volumes!”

“Went there today with a group, looks a little run down from the out side but in side is very clean , classy and cozy, did the all you can eat menu for 28 dollars, well worth it ! Big portions of meat! Service was awesome refilled water and soup broth many times also we ordered to many noodles but we weren't charged extra for not finishing them! I've been to probably 5 other hot pots in the city and this one is differently in the top also you can't beat that price! Definitely will be returning.”

“No self checkouts!! That’s a huge win in my eyes honestly. It makes for a better shopping experience in my opinion when I have people to help over a machine. Love seeing the food bank pre packs already to go and I believe they have it setup all year as well. The staff on hand was very friendly from the people who helped me. The ore cooked food counter was closed by the time I got there late so I am excited to try their station out yet”
