“I have 2 older boys were seeing other pediatrician who is also a very experience doctor. But I fed up with his busy schedule. So I took my youngest one to Dr Wong. Now all my 3 children go to him. I find Dr Wong and his secretary are both very nice to patients. I can always book him within 1 or 2 days. Also other review said he uses old tactics which doesn't mean bad tactics. Isn't raising kids the same 20 years ago except giving them iPad instead of TV?”

They are of course professional and skilled at what they do, but even more so, they CARE about you and your needs. My Mom & I both have our hearing aids from here, and while I am a simple in and out visit, but my Mom suffers from dementia. Her visits usually take a little more time than most, but both Val & Cathy and just so wonderful with her. Val at the front is one of the sweetest ladies, and Cathy has the patience of a saint. :). “The doctors here are very thorough in my experience and would recommend them to anybody. People dishing out one-stars as if they're positively bamboozled that they have to wait in a waiting room. If these patients went to the Royal Alex triage, they'd be there for minimum 6 hours. After that, go back to a clinic humbled, sit down, and stop complaining; we're extremely lucky to have accessible quality medical care and the staff deserve respect for their tireless work. NEVER lose your temper at an administrator or customer service rep, they're there to help you.”

“My experience with the call staff was wonderful, I needed the earliest appointment and surprisingly got the very next day! West end has complimentary parking for customers for 2hrs so that’s handy. They are in the lower level floor (akin to a basement), it’s bright and accessible via elevator if you can’t handle one flight of stairs. The reception staff attended to me promptly and were friendly. My technician (Josh) was very professional, patient and attentive. He explained the procedure and expected length of time.
