“First of all I was pleased when I called Pura Holistic's and heard a cherry positive soft voice on the other end. Michelle was able to book me in on short notice which was great! When I arrived I was welcomed with a smile :) Her office was spa like which immediately made me comfortable and relaxed. She explains every detail and asks questions. You lay on a bed with a heat lamp at your feet (lovely) When I was finished with the flush which took about an hour, I showered. She supplies all natural soaps etc. It didn't hurt, it wasn't too uncomfortable. ”

She is professional, relatable, and always managed to fit me into her busy schedule to adhere to my IVF protocol we discussed. They have such diversity in their stock and a lot of the glasses you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere else. They don’t carry the usual overpriced name brands you see in every other store. It’s still high quality but also very unique and every brand they carry has a story behind it and values environmental sustainability. The staff are great as well. “The wait was a little long but the surgery itself was so quick and not as scary as I thought it would be, given that I had a full set of very impacted wisdom teeth. The ladies at the front seemed to like each other and their job and they were sweet and professional. I didn’t talk to the doctor himself for very long but he made things clear and consise and plainly had a lot of experience. The best part, though, about the whole experience was the nurse that brought me in to do the surgery. I want to say her name was Shirley but I don’t remember for sure, but she was the sweetest, gentlest woman. She could tell I was scared and just had the kindest touch, you could tell she cared about her patients. What a wonderful lady!
