We joined Direct Buy in Edmonton 3-4 years ago and are so happy we did. When we were considering joining we met Colleen, and we were really lucky to have met someone as dedicated to the business and customers as she is locally.

Since joining Direct Buy we renovated our condo and replaced appliances, furniture, blinds, etc., and every step of the way Colleen and everyone at the Edmonton store have gone out of their way to help us. They take our calls, spend time with us in the store, and invest their own time researching options to make sure we get the right products, the right information to decide, and the best price.

Recently I had questions on a product that I just couldn’t find on-line, and Colleen reached out to the rep from the company who then called me within a couple of hours to answer all my questions. What incredible support for customer - thanks Colleen

When the local store is closed we have called the central concierge line a couple of times, and the support there is also top-notch and extremely customer focused. We still prefer to order directly from Colleen and the team in Edmonton, but both ways work well. So far we have probably saved $25,000, and made some good new friends at Direct Buy in the Process. Thanks so much Colleen and team. We really appreciate everything you do.
