“First experience: Initial thoughts online are wow, good inventory, store must be huge, great prices. Storefront is misleading and looks sketchy but inside they really designed the layout well. I came for black pots and drainage trays (they have samples hanging directly in front of you when you walk in) but I will also come back for soil, bark, and perlite. The woman at the counter was sweet and welcoming, warm smile. Asked if I found everything OK and if I needed anything from the back. I would encourage you to ask questions here as it is a tight space and small but I think they have loads of stuff in the back that aren't out. She got me the pots I needed from the back. Checkout was easy. Location is good for both west end and east end people as it's right in the middle. I also love that they have an account online, I've saved some things to my cart so I can be ready to restock later. ”
