Burger King

I went to the drive-thru to place my order around 4pm. There was no car infront of me and no customer inside the rest. So i told the guy tht i have a coupon and i need 10pc nuggets with large fries and want to add chessy tots too. So when i came to the window he chrge me the regular price 7.59 and then i told him i gave u the coupon so again he charge me 5.24 and then gave me my food. Then i told him u chrge me twice and he gave me my 7.59 back.
So when i open my bag there were no fries.This time i went inside and ask the guy for my fries. And he was like o did u order fries to.. ummm hello! u r the one who took my order, money and coupon and still asking me the same question. So i explained him again and got my fries. And when he ask for the dip sauce i said any hot sauce, he said we dont hve any we hve buffalo and others so i said oke gave me the buffalo(hot sauce) but its some bbq taste like sauce.

I went to this location before too and my experince was really good with food and service but today a little disappointed. I hve totally understand if they were busy at that time but no i was the only one and 4-5 people working and still got my order wrong. I hope the next time when i visit there, they dont repeat the same thing.

This is a new Burger King. Very nice location. Staff was friendly and our food was fresh. The restaurant was very clean
