I'd rather bring my business here than the place that opened 2½ months ago. Tried to wait in line (outside covered tents, not good for kids when -10°c). Still have lines.

I like the Newly OPENed location & not that bad for accessibility if going back towards the Hwy. Just remember NOT to bring your rig with you, you'll find yourself hard to turn on every corner, especially 18 wheelers.
I recommend to bring small cars, and/or minivans when visiting. Trucks and oversized won't fit (see height & space restrictions).
