I was VERY satisfied with all aspects of having a tune-up done on my laptop at my local Staples store recently! My only negative comment is the label that was placed on my laptop. It was hard to remove and I'm still trying to get all the glue off. I understand the reason for the label, but I'm sure there has to be another type of identification that is easy to remove and won't leave a residue.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. If I needed something, they not only pointed out which aisle it was in but went to get it for me while I shopped. They took my items to the front desk so I didn’t have to hold them as they were items securely stored, which was helpful. A nice store for a nice friendly town. I found everything I needed and more,
