We also enjoy the free movie rentals for passing report cards, even though we have not taken advantage of the promotion for a couple years now, it is a very friendly atmosphere and we always enjoy the help we receive here. “Smith music is a fantastic place ! We had our 6 yr old daughter in a classroom setting prior to switching to Smith's. Adam is great with children and keeps it fun while being effective. Our daughter has flourished in piano, drums, and vocals. We constantly catch her tapping on things in the house practicing her beat rhythms. Paul is always in a upbeat happy mood. “Well, usually I don't like going to Best Buy, but with everything starting to lock down, and the expediency of deliveries from Amazon being unreliable, I was left with Best Buy as my only hope for finding an HDMI -> Thunderbolt adapter cable (I'm trying to move what was supposed to be an in-person event to online and need it to get video stuff working). Anyway, I saw their hours more limited and wondered if they'd even be open, but they were. It turned out they were letting people in if they knew what they were looking for, and each person had to have an escort, no browsing. I'll admit, this might have been the greatest experience I've ever had at Best Buy (and I've been to a lot -- I used to do mystery shipping which involved going to a lot of Best Buys). I didn't have to look for help, help was right there! I had his sole attention! His only goal was to help me find what I was looking for! He didn't wander off looking for something and forget about me. He helped me find what I was looking for, and I was on my merry way, disease-free! It's nice to see them making efforts to keep open for the local community while taking precautions to keep us and their employees safe.”
