Contacted the office as instructed upon arrival at the airport, we were picked up and dropped off in a timely manner.

(August 9, 2019, 9:20 pm)Although we had issues with the shuttle bus upon arriving at the Edmonton airport, we had a positive experience with the company overall. The car they gave us was brand new and extremely fuel-efficient, which was perfect for us driving to Banff and back. The shuttle bus going to the airport came quickly, and the staff were all friendly and generally efficient.
