The manager makes it a more then pleasant experience. I've bought many products and each time he has directed me in the perfect direction. He is always very helpful and more important , friendly. He is knowledgeable ,about the products, which is rare these days.

Very helpful staff. Knowledgable and Answers questions about items. Often better service than big box stores.

I purchased a TV back on boxing week last year. It was their house brand. Early on there was a line running through the TV. It was thin but noticeable. I didn't have a receipt and couldn't track down when I purchased it as I paid cash.

Margaret and the owner put in some effort to track it down by the numbers on the TV and without a physical receipt they made the reimbursement easy. I exchanged it for a laptop and paid the difference.

My experience was amazing. The professionalism and the way they went above and beyond in such a short period of time was fantastic.

I highly recommend doing business with this store!
