“I went to Suzy Shier at Londonderry Mall to make two returns on February 18. I live on the south side of Edmonton, so this was already an inconvenience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a clerk who told me that the only person who could process my returns was the store manager and she was on lunch for another 15 minutes. I went to grab a latte and then came back. When I arrived, the manager told me that they only do in-store credit. Another inconvenience that did not surprise me. The final straw was when she put my two returns on two different gift cards. It made no sense to me but I had already spent enough time there. I just wanted to get home at this point. Before I left they told me about the Leduc store. The following day I made my way to the Leduc store to use my in-store credit cards. I was slightly disappointed in the selection for gheir clearance, but I managed to find some items that I liked. When I went to pay for them, I presented the clerk with my Suzy Card on my iPhone. The clerk said she would need the physical card because my iPhone would not scan. At first I was infuriated, but she then attempted to scan my phone and it worked. Great! Then the clerk rang me through. When I presented her with my gift cards, she spent at minimum 30 minutes to get them to work. She said that the cards were new and it was the first time she had processed them. Despite having nothing but disappointments with Suzy Shier up to that point, this lady made my last visit to Suzy Shier bearable. I can’t remember her name but she was blonde with a European accent. She struggled but was very persistent and would not give up on the cards! That spoke volumes to me. I appreciate her service and will be back because of her. Thanks so much!”

I don't normally buy the hottest and newest anymore but some of the clothes just aren't practical or it looks that way. How my point of views are clouded and the experience was very good. She helped my sister get into an Iphone8 Plus - and made sure to go through all her loyalty offers and really worked with her to find an amazing plan at the best price possible. I wasn't planning on getting a phone - but after seeing such amazing service and deals she offered my sister - I figured - what the heck, just take a look at what she can offer. Jade combed through all my loyalty offers and got me into an IPhone 8 - paying $99 up front - and then got me the diamond package - regular $145/month down to $85/month. Incredible. We also got sent home with lots of in-store goodies as well. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Well worth the trip from Edmonton! Thanks Jade :)”
