(December 5, 2018, 1:23 am)Had a mixup through communication and the wrong parts were ordered but Cycle works west made it right at no cost to me!! This is good customer service!!! Highly recommend this shop for any of your needs just to bad they sell polaris hahahaha
(September 14, 2018, 7:27 pm)Tim has bent over backwards in making my new bike a reality. 250 Words wouldn't be enough to give all the details regarding his efforts in going above and beyond what would normally be acceptable or expected in the purchase of a new bike. I have never had any negative dealings with any Cycle Works staff, at any location, and this experience at the West/Acheson was no different. I'm happy to be purchasing my first of hopefully many bikes through Cycle Works and would not hesitate to recommend Tim and his co-workers to anyone. Diane in the finance department also was crucial in making this all come together. More than exceeded expectations on all levels. This deal required more effort from Tim, Diane and other Cycle Works staff and they never once gave me the impression that I was a burden or it was a hassle, even when I'm sure it was. Top notch dealership from front door to back.

They goodwill warrantied a differential for me over the counter and had a replacement shipped to their shop within 4 days free of charge. They truly went above and beyond to help me out and they continue to do so. My first choice of dealerships right here. Highly recommend!
