(May 1, 2018, 3:36 am)When you get to this place, the sign at the main entrance says SAVE ON FOODS, not OVERWAITEA, so don’t get confused by that. you’re at the right place.
Before entering this place, you have to stop at the gate. There’s a phone entry system. The person on the other end will ask your name, your purchase order number, carrier, truck number, trailer number and reefer temp. After that, they’ll give you a door to back in to.
After backing in, just go in, there’s a form you have to fill in. Hand that in with your paperwork. Receiving will give you a phone number. You call that number periodically to check how your load is coming along. Do not rely on the lights.
I dont know why other drivers seem upset but I found the girl at receiving very friendly and courteous. All the best.
