Trailblazer RV

We recently purchased our 19ft Sonic from Trailblazer in Acheson and are very pleased; not only with Chris (the manager), Paul, Joy, Rae-Anne and Eleonora (taking care of the financial aspects) but also with the great features of our new trailer. All the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Dan walked us through a very thorough demo of the features and operations of the trailer as well as pointing out best practices to remember. The trailer had everything we were looking for in a compact unit: aerodynamic lines, stability on the road, lots of storage, good size bathroom with corner shower, and a nice size fridge off the floor. Can’t wait to get on the road again!

After shopping for the perfect holiday trailer for 3 months, we finally found one at Trailblazer RV. Kevin and Paul in sales were awesome to deal with and never once pressured us. From the beginning to the end, the process in getting set up with our new unit was top notch! We would recommend Trailblazer RV to anyone looking for a great experience in getting a new trailer.

Having been shopping for a travel trailer for almost two years we dealt with all sorts of sales people, some good and some bad. At Trailblazer RV they are ALL Fantastic!! Paul was great showing us a trailer, he was very helpful and informative. Elanor was so amazing helping us set up financing. She was knowledgeable and friendly, we learnt so much from her! Our entire trailer buying experience so far has been great! Can't wait to see everyone again when we pick up our trailer!

In July 2016, we purchased a Flex fifth wheel from Trailblazer RV. This was our first time purchasing and using any RV. All of the staff at Trailblazer were patient and informative at every step of the process. As our salesmen, Paul was friendly, knowledgeable, and available. Paul spent a lot of time showing us several different models, he was very patient answering our questions and never pressured us into making a decision. During our orientation at pick up, Gary earned our respect and trust as he went through all the moving parts of our RV in a very systematic and logical order. Gary spent as much time as we needed to make sure we understood all the aspects of the trailer. We have since also returned with a list of minor, mostly cosmetic, repairs. All items were completed in a timely manner. Rob, in service, has shared his expertise a number of times.
Each time we call or visit, someone makes sure we have all our questions answered. The ladies at the service desk, Julia and Rae-anne, have been personable and very responsive. As first time RV'ers, we have had several occasions to contact these ladies and they have always made sure we had all the necessary information. This customer service has gone a long way to ensuring we remain a satisfied customer.
This has been a great experience for us and we would highly recommend Trailblazer RV to anyone.

Awesome staff from sales to service. Our first time buying a trailer EVER. They answered every newbie question and query several times. Showed us everything we needed to know... a few times..from hook up to disconnect. Made sure we were knowledgeable and safe . Feel really confident and happy with the service.
