(April 21, 2019, 4:28 pm)This place has an amazing selection of fruit and vegetables, especially items like dragon fruit pomelo, star fruit, etc. A mini superstore so president's Choice brands. As long as you know your prices they have some great deals. Checkout staff are very friendly too.

(February 17, 2019, 8:16 pm)VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!! The staff I found to be extremely helpful so yes I'll be back for sure. Where this No Frills is located is a fast growing part of Spruce Grove and because of that there are a bunch of new stores going up all around No Frills...will No Frills be the only anchor store in this development? I guess only time will tell but as it is now I'll be more than happy to drive from Stony to shop here.
