I have been with Cross Conditioning for 3 months doing the distance strength program focused on powerlifting. I have seen a significant improvement in my strength and muscle mass. They are very knowledgeable, professional and teach the importance of proper form. I highly recommend their service to anyone who is wanting to make steps toward improving performance.
I’ve trained with both Justin and Jordan. I did have some health issues when I first started and my program was tailored to accommodate that. We’ve set goals and I’ve met them and I’m in the best shape of my life! They’re both professional, very knowledgeable and I look forward to my workouts. I highly recommend them.
I have been working with Justin for about 6 years now. Justin knows his stuff. When I started with Justin, I had just started a long road to recovery. Justin’s intricate knowledge of body mechanics has been pivotal to my recovery. Over the years we’ve set many goals, and managed to attain every single goal, and more. After 6 years, Justin still manages to incorporate new movements so the gym never gets stale. After 6 years Justin still manages to make new jokes!! It has been an absolute pleasure working with Justin through the highs and lows and I look forward to more.

I have had quite a few personal training sessions with Jordan and I highly recommend him to anyone! He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He is the only personal trainer I’ve had where I left feeling more confident in the gym because he really explains everything to you and makes sure you know why you’re doing each workout. I will definitely continue to train with Jordan and recommend him to everyone!
