You leave feeling proud of yourself after every class. Melanie is so amazing and inspirational! Krysta is so friendly and encouraging with her own variety of workouts! The staff are wonderful! Truly an incredible experience every time! I love this place and highly recommend it!

I love this exercise method. It speaks not only to my body but my mind. If you’re looking for a place to work both you won’t be disappointed.
The instructors all follow the same basic class flow structure with their own personalizations. It’s nice to know what to expect each class without it being repetitive.
