(January 15, 2019, 10:55 pm)Steven Murphy is the owner and main trainer at Alberta Strength and Fitness. I talked with him at length after the class and discussed a plethora of topics, including fostering positive culture, working with available space, investing in quality equipment, and getting to know clients on a first name basis. Steven checked all the boxes, and has the theoretical knowledge (based on kinesiology degree) and interpersonal skills to execute excellent classes and personalized movement recommendations.
