Excellent doctors and nurses. Reception can be cranky but it's worth it to get this superb team of medical professionals.

Dr Gordillo is the best doctor ever. Never rushed, will always take the time and care necessary, never overbooked so you aren't waiting around. He truly cares

I wish I could give more stars. We have moved quite a ways from Spruce Grove and travel to see Dr Gordillo. He is, unequivocally, the best doctor I've ever seen. The level of compassion, trust and care he provides is unparalleled. I had a medical crisis while out of country and this amazing doctor called me from his home on his day off to help me through my situation and provide me with advice when I got ahold of his nurse in a panic. He has never rushed an appointment and he has never been anything but kind, effective and compassionate. He never hesitates to get you a specialist and he will never expect the "one issue per visit" rule other clinics are known for. He will give you all the options and then his advice but trusts you to make the right decision for YOU. He will never belittle you for disagreeing with him and is SO respectful of your choices.
I will agree that the older front desk lady needs an attitude adjustment, but that should not hinder anyone from this office. I would warn anyone who is immunodeficient that this office does accept non-vaccinated patients and there is a risk there.

Awesome caring Dr Gordillo all staff are amazing

Every Dr. Has their pros & cons but as a patient, being heard & not feeling brushed off is really important to me. Our Dr. is friendly, helpful and doesn't beat around the bush. We can also usually get in on very short notice to see an RN when the Dr. Isn't in or booked up. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant.
