Great vets. They have actually talked me out of spending money for unnecessary tests! However, some of the front staff can be downright rude on the phone. Go there for the excellent medical care for your pet and overlook the other minor stuff.

Very informative and caring. My Shepherd does not like people but he likes these folks. They walk him around like he is theirs.

They actually care about the well-being of your pets and not just making $$$. Fair prices, excellent vets and the front counter staff are great. They did a big difficult surgery on my kitten at cost because I couldn't afford it and they wanted the experience to get better. They really love their jobs here. And your pets.

A shout out to the very caring, loving and professional staff. They are exceptional and very patient. A huge thank you to Dr. Lewis! She has a heart of gold and is always looking for what is best for the fur babies. She’s knowledgeable and always makes you feel at ease. When I need to leave my fur baby with her I know he’s in good hands. I can walk out the door and not worry. Even though Dr Lewis is so busy caring for so many other fur babies she always makes time to answer questions and clearly explain the diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr Lewis to all my family and friends. I also really enjoy her personality. Shes funny, caring and very smiley. I know her heart and passion is with every fur baby she cares for. Thank you for everything you do! I can’t begin to thank you enough! It’s well worth the drive from Edmonton to see her. See you soon!
