I went in to this location hoping to be able to find something affordable to improve the memory on my grossly outdated phone. I was assisted by Hayden, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn't optimistic about my options but he was able to help me upgrade my phone, get more gigs of data, and walk out with a tablet, for barely more money a month than I was already paying. I could not be happier with the service I received today, and I will definitely be recommending not only this location, but Hayden as well, to my friends and family in the future.

My experience started with Arman seeing me walking up to the store front with a printer in my arms -- he opened the door for me which was unexpected and awesome (:
Hayden and Arman chatted with me while Jeff did the exchange. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and I was in & out on five minutes.

The staff was great! They were all incredibly helpful, especially a man named Reece. He went above and beyond to help me.

I purchased 2 sets of kids headphones and the warranty. I have had quick and easy replacement service with a few of my exchanges. Well worth the warranty as kids are rough with the little wires. So glad they have the receipts on file.
